Okay for the past few days I keep going to bed early and waking up early, around 5 and 6. Pretty normal I guess for going to sleep at around 10, I guess. But I was getting sick of waking up so early, especially since we’re still out of school. So last night I went to sleep at 11, expecting to wake up later.
Except I didn’t. I in fact woke up at 4! And I had so much trouble going back to sleep. My stomach kept making noises that worried the shit out of me, I felt cramped up and afraid, and over all unpleasant.
I woke up again at 9, so I got about 3 more hours of sleep. But now my lungs hurt.
I wonder if this is another panic attack.
